With this in mind, the family business have taken this experience and knowledge to the new-build residential market with the James Lee Group.

The philosophy has always been to work closely with the client to achieve the highest standards whilst at the same time, maintaining exceptional levels of Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, and Sustainable Principals.

The group origins started with James Lee Plumbing which provides Plumbing, Hot Water & Heating, Facia & Guttering installations to residential construction developers throughout the UK. James Lee Plumbing has all the required accreditation & insurance and has sourced superb Gas Safe labour throughout the Midlands & Worcestershire.

As of August 21, the group has incorporated an Electrical division under the banner. James Lee Electrical has all the required accreditation & insurance and has sourced superb electricians throughout the Midlands & Worcestershire. This transition now allows James Lee to offer clients a more efficient M&E service by providing both plumbing and electrical installations for their developments.
